On January 1st, 2020, everything shifted.

A stranger—someone I had never met and would never see again—spoke a prophecy over my life:

“You will learn what you need for your entrepreneurial journey.”

In that moment, a quiet doorway opened inside me.

That year became the unraveling and the awakening—

the discovery of my true identity,

my creative potentiality,

and the name that would reshape my path entirely.

Yuriyah.

A new name.

A new purpose.

A new awareness of the world within and around me.

But this story began long before that day.

Born in New Orleans, I learned early that art is both medicine and map.

As a neurodivergent, fluid-identifying soul, I often stood at the edges of every room—

watching, listening, sensing patterns most people moved too quickly to see.

Hurricanes pushed my family to Texas, and life kept pushing me further:

through trauma, violence, loss, and the constant act of becoming someone new.

I collected achievements in band, science, business, and media—

yet none of them quieted the call in my chest.

I dropped out of engineering college.

Joined the military.

Married.

Entered a cult in Georgia.

And eventually divorced all three.

What followed was a profound unraveling—

a stripping away of every borrowed identity

until I found myself unsheltered, introspective,

standing at the outer edges of society

with nothing left except the truth I had avoided for years.

That breaking point was the doorway.

The doorway to the light I carry now.

Today, under the name Yuriyah, I create to illuminate the unseen—

to translate spiritual patterns into sound, symbol, word, and form.

My art, my lectures, and my writings flow from the same source:

a desire to help others remember the infinite wisdom already within them.

When I’m not teaching or creating, I’m usually making beats,

crafting wire-wrapped jewelry,

tending a garden,

or enjoying an unreasonably large bowl of muesli.

This platform is more than a store.

It is a sanctuary for seekers, healers, and wanderers—

a home for those who feel between worlds,

for those called to step into their own becoming.
